June is a fantastic month to take a trip abroad if you get the chance to sneak in an early summer getaway. Families rarely travel because schools are still in session, and many regions of the world are still experiencing mild summer temperatures.
Greece
Greece's summer season officially begins in June. The nation is home to miles of fine beach, clear, warm waters, and distinctive coral reefs that make diving from the Greek islands a well-liked activity. It also boasts a wealth of Byzantine heritage. Islands like Santorini, Crete, Rhodes, and Corfu are ideal at this time of year before the summer throngs come, with temperatures consistently exceeding 30°C during the day and pleasant evenings. Rain is not common, but sunshine is.

Kenya
Kenya, which has some of the most well-known national parks and reserves in the world and is an excellent site to see the Big Five—the lion, rhino, elephant, Cape buffalo, and leopard—is the ideal destination to go on a safari at this time of year. Because the bush is less dense in the winter, it is simpler to see the creatures. It's much more pleasant to be outside than it is in the middle of the summer thanks to the agreeable temperatures in the 20s and the low humidity.

Croatia
It's easy to understand why Croatia has experienced a spectacular rise in popularity. Its
reputation as a less expensive, more sedate substitute for Italy has changed over the past ten years, and it is now one of the most popular summer vacation spots. There are regional variations in the weather, but if you're travelling to Dubrovnik for your Croatian holiday, you can expect average highs of 25°C in June. It should be alright to wear shorts and t-shirts during the day, but bring some heavier clothing for the evenings because it becomes chilly then. 22°C is the sea temperature, and there is little humidity. Over the course of six days, 48mm of rain fell, and the 15 hours of daylight per day were offset by nine hours of sunshine.

South of France
It's no accident that June is one of the best travel months in Provence because of the
pleasant weather; there is a lot less rain in June than in April and May, so the days are brighter and sunnier. This month's average temperatures vary from 63 to 81°F (17 to 27°C), with the sea at a sizzling 72°F (22°C).
You'll notice weather differences as you move throughout the area. Expect cooler temperatures in the mountains inland from Nice as well as hotter, drier conditions in the northwest region of Vaucluse, where the temperature can occasionally reach the mid-90s (mid-30s).
